Born and raised on a small farm in Eastern North Carolina, Ashley learned early the value of hard work, integrity, and community qualities that continue to define her approach today.

After earning her degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from UNCW, Ashley discovered her passion for real estate while purchasing her first home in Wilmington. That experience sparked a career built on helping others navigate one of life’s most important decisions. Before becoming a full-time Realtor®, she served as the marketing director for one of the area’s top-performing real estate teams, where she developed an eye for presentation and strategy that gives her clients a distinct advantage in today’s market.

Outside of real estate, Ashley enjoys life on the water with her husband, Justin, their son, Rivers. When she’s not boating or gardening, you’ll often find her cheering on ECU or cooking up a classic Southern comfort meal for family and friends.
