Jessica is thrilled to be able to do what she does best: build relationships with people during one of the most exciting times in their lives.

After working in the wilderness for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection in Santa Cruz, California, Jessica realized she missed her true passion working with people. In 2004, she traded the West Coast for the East Coast, making Carolina Beach her new home and real estate her new career. Her genuine love for working with people, coupled with her eye for design, made real estate a natural transition.

Jessica also loves exploring the outdoors with her daughter Zoe and her husband Shane Keenan, who owns New Leaf Builders, a local green builder. As a family, they are dedicated to protecting and enjoying the endless natural beauty and experiences that Carolina Beach offers.
