This traditional Wilmington neighborhood is centrally located off of South College Road and is within close proximity to Pine Valley Country Club, Hoggard High School, and Wade Park. Woodberry Forest homes are traditional in nature and are situated on large, mature lots while the streets are lined with sidewalks and lush trees.
