Centrally located just south of the University of Wilmington, Pine Valley Estates is a planned residential community of homes that were built from the 1950s to the late 1970s with a few homesites that were sold thereafter. The majority of the construction here is brick. Being equidistant from Downtown and area beaches, Pine Valley Estates attracts those who want to live close to it all, but have the seclusion and privacy that the neighborhood offers.
