Long Leaf Hills is an extensive neighborhood covering the east and west sides of South College Road near Hugh MacRae Park. Multiple lots also have views of Wilmington Municipal Golf Course. Most are ranch-style homes that were originally built in the 1950s, but many have been newly renovated and updated. The large lots offer each homeowner privacy and peacefulness. There is public boat access at nearby Trails End Park, which offers convenient access to the Intracoastal Waterway.
