Just north of the University and off of College Road, Kings Grant is convenient to many area restaurants and shops, Wrightsville Beach, and the airport. With the addition of the MLK Parkway, Downtown is less than ten minutes away as well. The majority of homes in Kings Grant are brick ranches built between the late 1960s and early 1980s.
