Just north of the University off of College Road, Kings Grant is convenient to many area restaurants and shops, Wrightsville Beach, and the airport. With the addition of the Martin Luther King Parkway, Downtown is less than ten minutes away as well. The majority of homes in Kings Grant are brick ranches built between the late 1960s and early 1980s.
