One of the best locations in Wilmington, Gorman Plantation is a beautifully lush and serene neighborhood that feels like it's away from it all, yet it's just a five minute drive to Mayfaire Town Center and a ten minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The Cross City Trail is easily accessible as well, making nearby shops and restaurants walkable and bikeable. Gorman Plantation homes are more traditional in nature and were built from the late 1980s to the late 1990s. The homesites are larger with mature trees and adequate privacy between neighbors. The neighborhood is located in the Ogden Elementary school district.
