Courtney Pines is a cozy neighborhood in the heart of northern Wilmington, less than a mile to both Ogden Park and Smith Creek Park. Interstate 40 is just a five minute drive away with easy access to the airport and Downtown Wilmington via the Martin Luther King Parkway. Courtney Pines homes were constructed in the late 1990s and a few lots remain today. Most homes here offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two car garage, and some also feature a bonus room over the garage.
