BuilderPro, LLC. in Wilmington, North Carolina, is a licensed unlimited general contracting company that designs/builds new homes, performs interior remodeling, exterior renovations, handyman repair/maintenance services and now our newest venture, steel building construction. In addition, we are one of a small handful of building companies that work in the investment real estate industry for both residential and commercial projects. Being one of only a few General Contractors in the area with an Unlimited rating, nothing is too big or too small for us.
At the head of BuilderPro you will find Bob Gastwirth. Bob has extensive building experience and it is his dedication to customer service and detail that sets him apart from other contractors in the area. Bob was born in Santa Barbara, CA and moved to Malvern PA where he graduated high school and developed a passion for the Philadelphia Eagles. Bob studied Building Construction at Johnson College in PA and Total Quality Management at Penn State. From 1984 until 1999 Bob owned a successful construction company in Chester, PA and worked with companies such as Toll Brothers in their Hershey's Mill project before relocating to NC. While in NC Bob has taken BuilderPro from a dream to reality and has worked hard to develop a construction company of integrity. If you want to see Bob you will most likely find him on the job site making sure that the team is working hard, working smart, and working to provide a level of excellence in all that is done. Bob is the consummate family man. When not at work you can find him being a father to five and grandfather to seven.
