Growing up with a father who was a respected appraiser for over 30 years, McClain developed an early appreciation for property valuation, which inspired her to pursue a career in appraising and real estate. Before transitioning into real estate, McClain was a bartender at The Dubliner Irish Pub and Shuckin' Shack in Carolina Beach.

Her years as a bartender sharpened her ability to connect with people, anticipate their needs, and handle any situation with ease, skills she now brings to guiding buyers and sellers through the area’s diverse neighborhoods with confidence.

When she’s not working, McClain enjoys DIY projects around the house, walking her two pups, and caring for her beloved chickens. Her hands-on approach to life mirrors her commitment to delivering personalized and attentive service to her clients.
