With experience across the accounting spectrum, James strives to keep Nest Realty Wilmington on track so agents can focus on what matters most: their clients.

 

James has had the opportunity to work in taxes and accounting on both ends of I-40, Los Angeles and Wilmington. He was formerly an auditor with the IRS before doing a 180 to prepare tax returns at a local CPA firm. He took an interest in the real estate industry after watching his wife grow her real estate photography business and working with local real estate professionals.

 

When not crunching numbers, James enjoys spending time on the boat with his family and dogs.
