Raised in a family of successful Realtors and appraisers, she developed an early appreciation for the importance of trust, communication, and exceptional service in every transaction.
That foundation, paired with The Costin Group’s elevated approach and community-driven values, has allowed Caroline to grow a thriving business built on integrity and results. A graduate of the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), Caroline always felt the pull of the coast. After spending childhood summers at the north end of Wrightsville Beach, she made Wilmington her permanent home, a decision that continues to shape both her lifestyle and her passion for helping others plant roots here.
