Her mother's dedication to her career provided a strong example of work ethic, and also required that Allison pitch in to help with four younger siblings.
Looking back, it's easy to see that those responsibilities are very similar to assisting clients. She is fiercely protective of her buyers and sellers in negotiations, but she always maintains an upbeat, positive, and caring attitude through every interaction. Like a younger sibling, Allison understands that clients may need guidance and information, but also need the freedom to "go with their gut" and make the best personal choices for themselves.
