Alicia and her husband were first introduced to the Southeastern North Carolina region in 2001 during an extended visit. They promptly fell in love with the area and realized that it was not only a wonderful place to live, but also had amazing investment potential. After extensively researching the area and real estate market, they decided to make the move to the beach, and have owned a residence and investment properties in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, two of Wilmington's southern-end beach communities, as well as in the Southport/Oak Island region in Brunswick County.

 

Alicia's husband was a custom home builder on Pleasure Island for many years, and together they have designed, built, and sold many single-family and two-unit properties on the island. Although not their hometown, the Cape Fear region has easily become their home. The area has so much to offer, and in their free time they enjoy it all: beautiful beaches, boating and kayaking, wonderful restaurants, cultural events and festivals, there is always something to see or do.

 

Alicia has been a real estate Broker since 2004, and Carolina Beach and Kure Beach are her areas of expertise. She was proud to be voted by her peers as the Cape Fear REALTORS® Sales Associate of the Year in 2016.
